ok here is what i do:
1) Format all your pics to 120X160 in Photoshop.
2) Click "Save for web"
3) Pick one that looks the best.
4) Replace your pics.
Now all your pics should be 6-15 k each and they look pretty much the same.
This is meant for pics for speedial not the ones that you want to email off since they will be smaller now...I got all my pics on there under 300k now.

well my pictures are 208x144 ( wallpaper size ) and they are all under 10Kb!! i got at least 50 pictures!!
