Hi,
I was updating my firmware on my w800 using GFlash and now the phone will not even switch on.
I have ensured that the battery is fully charge via an external charger, the correct USB drivers are installed and the cable is functioning. When I reconnect the battery and USB cable and hold either 'c' of '2 + 5' nothing happens.
I have also noticed that the phone does not even charge up when the the phone is plugged into the charger (hence the reason why I have had to externally charge the battery)
Is the phone dead, or can it be saved? (How do SE originally flash the firmware onto a blank phone?)
