I got a new w902, and for some reason the flash menus I downloaded for the phone (from topse, specified for w902) don't work.
I put the swf on tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash with a2uploader and the THM in theme folder and nothing... the theme changes but no flash menu.
What could be the reason ?

You have to mod also the theme. it's easy
Download Theme Creator from SE site open it in advance mode, select the phone model.
Open the theme that you want to apply the flash and clik in the button "xml" and add the string below:
save the theme ignore all error message upload the theme modded and its .swf file
in the phone select menu layout from theme.

Not every Flash Menu will work on w902i. Make sure you download the Flash Menus specifically made for A2 Phones, with a resolution of 240 x 320 and made in Flash Lite 2.1. And of course, for the Flash Menu to work, you need to have a corresponding theme for it. If your downloaded theme and menu comply with these, it will work on your w902.
This is advice from a w902 user!
