phones, but it doesn't work on the T68.
Does anyone know if such a code exists and IF IT DOES, can you use your phone on an airplane as MP3 player????

No you can't use it as an MP3 player on the plane, as you have to switch the phone on to use the MP3 player, sorry. And if you have a dedicated MP3 player you can only use it during cruise, not climb or descent, and that depends on the airline you're flying on.

I have noticed that the major airlines AA/BA etc allow mini disks, cd players, laptops etc, but the charter airlines dont!!!

Anyone know why, or is it just a ploy to get you to buy their headphones to listen to their entertainment system??

Normally walkmans, discmans, minidisk players are allowed to be used, but not appliances capable of picking up radio signals, such as a portable radio.
I don't know why this is, but it's generally how I find the case to be.
