replaced my T68 once coz of a broken microphone, but it got stolen from the repair centre so they gave me a T68i as replacement, no problems since. I think @evoke has replaced his T68i about 6 times or something

Had my first t68(m) in december 2001. Had "i" software upgrade in june 2002. Never had any bother, apart from flimsy volume control came off after a slight knock. Apart from that was an excellent phone. Sold it to a friend december 2002. Missed it that much I bought a t68i a few weeks ago, and so far so good. What a great phone!
