replaced my T68 once coz of a broken microphone, but it got stolen from the repair centre so they gave me a T68i as replacement, no problems since. I think @evoke has replaced his T68i about 6 times or something

my t68m is exactly a year old now. its software has been upgraded but i have never had a problem with it. in fact i think it performs much better now than the day i got it. truly a terrific device.

Had my first t68(m) in december 2001. Had "i" software upgrade in june 2002. Never had any bother, apart from flimsy volume control came off after a slight knock. Apart from that was an excellent phone. Sold it to a friend december 2002. Missed it that much I bought a t68i a few weeks ago, and so far so good. What a great phone!

I never replaced my T68i. It's been working flawlessly since last year.
