You forget the size & learn how to use it properly after about a week, mine has NO bugs, you MUST use thin film screen protectors, the keypad MUST be left at home. cos far from adding protection as first thought, it can actually crack your screen (little metal pins can become in fatal contact with the glass if phone gets squashed against something) mine is fine though. t9 is deffinately NOT needed. great product, everyone who see`s it wants it. i`m as impressed as i was in 2001 when i got my t68.
Main thing is it`s more fragile than what we are used to.
If i had bought this on contract & paid £275 + £15 per month i would feel it was worth every penny.
