> accessing esato account via www and wap

i forgot my pasword some time ago. then a new default pw was sent to my registered email add. then iv clicked the link to change d password to my desired pw. iv changed it on my profile then clicked submit. problem is everytime i logged in via www.esato, it always tel me to click the link sent to my email acct. if i access via wap.esato i cud log in w/o problems using my personal pw. any ideas how to solve this to avoid such inconvenience? thanks
