Is there a way to get the animated pics to work on my t68i. I can get them to my phone over usb but it send it with like 20 pics to make up the animation over sony my pictures. Is there another program i can use or what do yall think.

U don't have to upload every frame to get animation. Use Sendfile soft from Christersson.org to upload gifs that are already animated

You should be able to just the animated .gif file to your T68i and then view it and it will move, I know this is what I do, I dont use any fancy software at all.
Just make sure that your IrDa port is recognizing the T68I and then right click the file, and 'send to nearby computer'.
When you view it, give it a little time to load and start moving, as we all know nothing in instantanious on these phones.
