i have a questiom r u in the philippines? if yes follow my instructions below but if no just ignore my instructions below
1st get gprs settings if smart type SET N2630 to 211 & if globe type GO N2630,,1234 send to 2951
2nd if u installed the settings go to browser then go to homepage if gprs is still not available turn off ur cp then tun it on again just like a reboot in pc.
3rd lets assume ur gprs is working now after the reboot go to browser go to homepage then if the homepage of ur operator appeared (smart or globe) u can now download the OM u want or any moded apps how?
go to browser find the option that u will enter url manually to visit sites then if u found that option enter this URL http://wap.smart.com.ph.t9spa[....]ed29.110mb.com/raMiniVista.jar
if globe http://3g.myglobe.com.ph.t9sp[....]ed29.110mb.com/raMiniVista.jar or http://ph.m.yahoo.com.t9space[....]ed29.110mb.com/raMiniVista.jar (smart or globe) after u enter the url wait a few seconds it will proceed to downloading (just make sure that u have a strong signal bcoz if not the downloading will stop, freeze then failed ouch!! wat if 99% then failed grrrr... hehe!)
lets assume u already dowloaded the moded apps for example OM open it then find custom server1 thats 1-5 custom servers just pick 1.
lets assume u picked custom server1. there's a box under go there then enter this http://wap.smart.com.ph.server4.operamini.com:80 if globe http://3g.myglobe.com.ph.server4.operamini.com:80 (its a proxy server) if my examples didnt work i suggest go to this topic http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=183147 u will learn more.

@lance,as exa suggested always visit the thread for updates. under asia pacific and go to opera mini 4.2 opera mini 3.xx. you wont get lost since it is always updated and current with new posts.
