Hi all,

the technician formatted my pc and only backup my certain files. now i need to import back all my sms to my phone/FMA.
but the file i having now only is xxx.dat such as "smsArch.dat" etc.
FMA 2 import option dont support this file format to import.
Im using sonyerricson P1i. Any expert here know how can i retrieve back all sms from this file? Please advise.

Copy the files into the following folder C:\\Documents and Settings\\"your_account"\\Application Data\\FMA\\"your_phone"\\dat
It will ask to overwrite, click yes to all

Now you can run FMA with all your text messages in there
