got a letter from o2 yesterday demanding payment of £60 for a contract which ended in Feb 2005. phoned up and asked what was going on. then relaised they tried to asked for one extra monthly payment. Contract ended in feb but they charged me for march as well
paid the bill at last due to threatening of using baliff to collect payment but have the amount reduced to £30. Not impressed with o2 this time at all. I am going to send a letter to complain about it!
