> help! w715 youtube app problem

I'm new here, so i don't know if this question has been discussed before:)
Does anyone know why I don't get the youtube -app on my w715 to work properly? Here's the thing: I get the app started, I search for a random video, it plays but the player screen is black. The timeline at the bottom shows that the video is being streamed and played, but there is no sound, and no picture. Under the "terms of use" part that appears the first time you run it, you get asked to choose your country, but my country (norway) isn't even on the list! and what is this about "data accounts" that pops up when you try to connect to the youtube servers(or whatever). what am i supposed to do here? The user's manual doesn't shed any light on this, so i'm a little lost
