> Ring Volume keeps resetting itself

Must be some kind of bug, but when at work I usually set the ring volume to its lowest, but when I check it sometime later, its back at full volume!
Anyone else experienced this?
I adjust the ring volume from the options button in the flip closed menu!
this also happends whenever I turn the phone on and off, when its back on the volume is back at its loudest!

the same thing occurs whenever you take the handsfree on/off on the phone, the ringvolume goes back to max! annoying
