Can any of you guys out there help me with a problem. I recently obtained a T68 from a friend as he did not use it anymore as it had an intermittant problem with the ear-piece (and he wanted a S*msung T100 anyway). Sometimes the callers voice is distorted. Looking around the forums I noticed that the manufacture date is on the back of the phone. This one is 02W20 I assume that this means Week 20 of 2002. As the phone is less than 1 year old will SE repair it even although I do not have a receipt of purchase ? ANy help would be appreciated.

yes... however... some servicepoints asks for receipt when brought in for service anyway... but this should normally not be necessary if the phone is within 15 months from production date...
