On the w995 there is an option to send a camera photo to a web site. On my phone there is already Picasa Web Album, Myspace and Blogger. I want to be able to send pics to facebook. When you click on New Web Site its asking for email address of the site. Does anybody know how to do this?

I read that ShoZu now supports Java phones so I guess W995 can also join in the fun. I used the ShoZu client on my INNOV8 and it can not only upload photos to facebook, but also resize those 8MP photos to optimal size (1024 x 768 / around 150-200 KB per photo).

EDIT: try to download it by pointing the native browser to m.shozu.com

Have you tried it? Glad you found my advice useful. Oh, ShoZu also supports Flickr by the way

On facebook.com you can activate the "send pics from mobile" and you get a unique email address generated just for you.
In the phonebook of your W995 you have "Me" or something like that in the top. Under that you have My Webplaces and there you can set up a new one e.g. Facebook and fill in the email generated for you. The 3 websites you mentioned are already there.

Try it out.

Cheers,

Don't know. I've never used a C905. Isn't it very similar menues? I think it should work.
Try it if you have one and post back.

The address is just mobile@facebook.com but you have to set up 'mobile uploads' from the main site first after which you will receive a text message. I just set it up on my C905 and tried it out.

@goldenface
Does it automatically resize them photos? I can't imagine sending an attachment of over 2MB in size from a PC, let alone my phone...

Thanks for the info btw!
