No,
Due to experience, get the premium, the ONLY difference is the colour and hard drive space, you simply don't need, all you can put on the HDD is Downloads, saves and ripped music. but the GOW edition you show there is 60gb anyway, and you get GOW 1&2 free!

ive got to agree with that! i had my xbox 3/4 years ago and only have a 20g hard drive and in all fairness with all the saved date and demos i download i still dont ever use the lot. its not as if you keep demos! if the games good you buy it and if its a shit demo you delete it anyway

Err, and an HDMI port...And most contain the new Jasper chipset which uses less power thus creates less heat = less RROD

It's not "Guaranteed", because it's impossible to tell.
That's like selling a car and guaranteeing it won't break....no way to tell.
It's less likely to....but not 100%

But the fact of having a bigger hard drive is better you transfer games to the hard drive, it cuts the amount of sound coming from the box when it is reading from the hard drive than the dvd drive, plus you are starting to get games that are coming out on 2 discs one has to be put on the hard drive while the other is in the dvd. I've gone from a twenty to a sixty and will soon be heading to a 120gb.
