Thanks for the info!!!
The link is broken, however, i found it at:
http://www.shake-se.com/2009/[....]n-impossible-dream-flash-menu/
Will be testing it tonight....
If it works as advertised, i'll be very happy

He, anyone ? I didn't even know about that code, so I guess the protection will be valid against 99.5% of snoopy girlfriends ! :)

To work around this problem, follow these steps:
1. Double-click any one of the cells in the range of cells that you want to edit.
2. When Excel prompts you for the password, type your password, and then click OK.
3. Continue to perform an operation that involves the editing of multiple password-protected cells.
Notice that you do not receive the error message, and that your operation is completed successfully.

And this idea of password protection to individual items in flash menu is totally rubbish as even if the theme is selected with password protected flash menu, you can still access to messages/media/file manager folders by creating shortcuts from the shortcut key.
So we actually need password protection on
Keylock.

Password protection on keylock already exists.

its called pin and works when you turn your phone off. Hihi. Works flawlessly if you have to many secrets.

But, this one is useful when you leave your phone unattended for few minutes while you go to the bathroom. :)
