Which is the best phone that captures any fast moving object perfectly and has good video quality and also within reasonable price??

All phones with xenon flash freeze moving objects perfectly like c905 and N82...N82 record VGA video up to 30fps and you can find it in a reasonable price

best phone to captute fast moving would be any phone that has supermode cam driver made for it, like k810/k850 etc... in default, go for sony ericsson c905...
for video, try lg viewty or new samsung 8mp... they are top class in video for fast objects...
camera in samsung 8mp is at par with c905...
but look into other features too...

bestpic is also a pretty good feature to look for: It takes 9(7 with the c905)pics in a short time frame at full resolution.
