Getting a bit bored with the same old SMS animations installed on my K850i, is it possible to add new ones ? If so anyone know where I can download some.

I did a quick google but most mention symbian.

Technically, you can change them despite that they won't show up same on the recipient phone... Cannot explain clearly because of my limited English.

Where to download them? I don't know. I'm sure any GIFs will work as long as image resolution is same...

I've changed my sms icons not animations but it is surely possible too..!!

Thank you they're cool. just need to work out where to put them.
Cant ever have too many as i use them frequently, so anymore guys?

I guess as google couldnt help me that it's not so easy to get new ones and the only one I could find is no good as the person receiving cant see them.

Used A2 to add these to the phone but couldnt find any in the sms file only the mms file.
There must be a file for the sms ones but cant locate it.
I did try putting them in the empty sms file but they dont show unlike the mms ones which I now have.

Anyone know where I locate the Gifs for sms in my phone ?

Why have SE changed their format, so they are now MMS when you use them in a text. They always used to be able to be put in a text, and sent as a text, now it changes the text to an MMS.

Yes I don't understand why they disabled support for sending EMS. Do you think it's possible to re-enable using a customizee_upgrade?

Look in this dir \\tpa\\preset\\system\\messaging\\sms\\objects\\animation
there is 15 folders, with an animation in each folder.
