Hello all !!!
Yesterday morning, when i received call, i couldnot hear what caller was saying. Later, when i made a call, this time also, no voice. Then, i turned the speaker on, it is working. Then i connected Ds980, it is also working fine. So my earphone is gone.
Today, i deleted the installed accoustic drive and reinserted the original one. But still it is not working.
Can anybody help me to solve this ? May be a step by step guide to open or replace the earphone will be appreciated.

Did you try this service test already? At standby mode press > * if its already dead go to the nearest
service center.
Why you want to open your K850? Do you have a spare earphone?

Yeah i have checked from service menu, and it is not working.
I dont have spare earphone, but i think i can get it. Besides this, i am bit techno person, so i want to do it myself. Then also, tomorrow i will show it to local market and then to service center. Here, service center person will just change it without checking it and their charges are too high. So i want to make sure that it is with earphone only. You know there might be a loose connection or something would just came off from its place.
