My C905 has recently crashed hence me losing all my music, photos and videos. So I use to have a K850i which I used the following method for.

I use to just load up the Update Service, select my phone (K850) and re-install the firmware no bother at all, however I tried this method on my C905 and all I get is the following message...

"No new software is available for your phone.

Your phone already has the latest available software installed.

For more information and help please see http://www.sonyericsson.com/support."

Now I know my phone has the latest but what I want to do is re-install it however that option doesn't appear. I have contacted SE and haven't had word back so was wondering if anyone else has had any similar problem or could advise me on what to try?

Ok downloaded A2U got into my phones menu and have multiple folders, /tpa, /sys, /boot, /ifs, /system, /usb and /QUEUE where do I go to find the .mbn and .fbn files?

Done that and used A2 as instructed now my phone won't even start it just comes up...

"Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre."

Any suggestions?
