I got my phone unlocked and on the left soft key a Ticker sign came up i dont know what it is when i press it nothing happens. does anyone know how to get rid of it

someone in a different forum told me that told take off ticker i have to disable it in the internet/browser settings but i cant find where it is. Does anyone know if this is right.

It says Ticker i know you cant see the picture clearly i done my best to make it as clear as possible
Its got a vodafone firmeware in it i dont know if thats why it says Ticker
