Hello
I've had a look through previous posts and nothing really answers my question, so here goes:
When I connect my phone to the data cable, it starts to attempt to synchronise with Outlook XP. On the phone's display, the synchronising message appears with the progress bar however I get the following error message on my computer: "Unable to move into previously selected folder: . Please select another folder"
I have tried telling it to synch with another folder however it still doesn't work. Has anyone else come across this? I have the latest drivers etc.

creat a personal address book in your outlook data files. Then use it in sync.
