> c905 Pictures - Low Light & Yellow Tinge

Hi,
I've seen this mentioned breifly in some other C905 photo threads but I couldn't really find an answer as to why it happens or if there is anything that can be done about it.
The problem is that when I take photo's in low light such as people in the pub they always end up with really yellow skin, like they've been using far too much fake tan or joined the cast of the simpsons.
I have all settings to auto as I don't really want to be messing about with settings everytime I take a photo, especially if I've been drinking on a night out.
Does anyone have any idea's on things I could change to stop this happening? I've never had this problem with any of the other cybershots i've owned and it seems crazy that this latest model has such a problem with it.

My old c510 did that on auto setting very yellow indoors. That was with latest firmware too. I remember the old k750 had a yellow tinge.

Well, I don't have a C905 (yet), but if you are talking about pics taken with xenon flash, the problem with C905 is that it uses ISO 200 whereas ISO 100 would be much better.
On K850 you could manually set ISO 100 or even better switch over to Document mode which also uses ISO 100 and the photos would be pretty good.
So, I suggest that you experiment with other modes such as Document, Twilight etc. and find out which one takes xenon photos with ISO 100 and you should keep on using that mode for your pub lowlight photos...

C905 adjust iso with focus operation.
If not closer(macro range),the iso goes to 200.
I solved the problem with yellowish pictures using portraits scenes and adjusting EV or white balance(fluorescent maybe give you better results).

@Bialynia - Do you mean the different "scenes" you can select from? I tried the Portrait Landscape option and I don't think it really made much difference. Are there any you have found good for skin tones in low light?
@luhccas-c905 - Where did you change the EV or white balance? The yellowness seems to be much more when the person is nearer the camera.
@ardzuna - I have cropped some pictures as I didn't want to upload pictures of people without asking them, but they show the skin tones being yellow and the people definitely aren't these colours...

White balance and nighttime portrait are the settings you need.

Like:
EV -0.7 or -1.0 using portrait
EV -0.3 or -0.7 using night portrait
You can try to clean the light sensor(the little hole at left of main sensor)
