> w995 "cannot play this file" help

hi all i converted a few vids to mp4 format using handbrake on my mac, and when i try to play them on my phone it fails. i get the "cannot play this file" message has anyone else had this problem?? i can listen to my music and also watch the free movies that they give out on website but nothing else.

MP4 @ a bitrate of +-500 kbps, audio: AAC @128, and a framerate of about 10-30 fps should play fine... Remember the resolution, it should be 320x240...

tried all the above settings and still no luck guys. nothing working at all. any ideas?

Remember he's on a Mac. Media Go™ and many programs like that don't support Macs, and he may not have access to a Windows computer. Even if he does, he may not be able to install anything on it.
