put my phone down at work today 3.30 was last time i called out on it,so go back to it at 4 and my phone is on but its not letting me take the unlock of so i can access the phone,anyone have any ideas what i have to do pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeee

Try SEUS to reinstall the firmware. Or do it yourself with A2 , there is a tutorial in the software section.
