> w595 restarts and charging problem

I am from India got a w595 4 weeks back.First phone restarts atlest once a day automatically.Second:wen i charge a new msg cums which states SERIOUS PROBLEM,STIP CHARGING PHONE AND USING THE PHONE.CONTACT SONY OPERATOR IMMEDIATELY!...what should i do??am worried..I have guarentee..should i get the phone replaced or repaired??PLS HELP!!!

Have you tried reflashing the firmware? Or do you know how to? You can do this via SEUS(SonyEricssonUpdateService) from SonyEricsson website. Its free to do. Also what are the returns policy in India? If its 4 weeks old you may just be past what they normally call the period whereby if its faulty within 30 days. If so you could return it though they may just repair it. It sounds like software fault. Someone else may have more info or help more.

Try SEUS , its easy. If it doesn't help, run to your shop and ask a new one, or repair.

it seems like a serious problem cause phone has become very slow,and am not able to send msgs:(...dunno how to update frim and all!PLS guide me!.ya and i forgot battery life changes ridiculosuly....from 4% it went to 40%in 2 min,den 80 in a few seconds!:(.....thanx ppl
