This is mod is exclusively for SMART user out there having difficulty connecting with OperaMini.
This version is built 4.2.13337 Handler mod MultiOperator.
Some Screenies.

[+]Instructions
1. First, we have to set a proxy on your phone, by going to your phone settings, Connectivity, Access point, Select SmartInternet, Option, Advanced Settings, Proxy On, and put any of these Proxy and Port.
Default
Numeric Proxy: 209.139.208.78
PORT: 80
Proxy Address: gowingo.com
Numeric Proxy: 209.139.208.78
PORT: 80
Proxy Address: awxcnx.de
Numeric Proxy: 85.25.141.60
PORT: 80
Proxy Address: scarewar.com
Numeric Proxy: 209.139.208.78
PORT: 80
Proxy Address: concealme.com
Numeric Proxy: 208.85.242.222
PORT: 80
Proxy Address: iceproxy.net
Numeric Proxy: 93.97.49.56
PORT: 80
2. Install the OperaMini, and you will be prompted with this page
3. Select Default
4. Now on this part, just choose any of these pre-defined tricks to suit your choice. Do take note that, which ever proxy you had set in
STEP 1, is the one you will be choosing in this selection.
*NOTE: if you choose
Default, make sure that your proxy settings is 209.139.208.78 port: 80
