Hi friends my n70 went off now when i try to turn it on it says unable to load or something and then contact retailer. How do i fix it please help me, what happened to it?

I had antivirus and when i scan it did not show any virus, guide me how to fix it please. After i turn it on i get unable load contact retailer, after this message i cnt do anythin coz it wont go to main phone menu :-(
