I figured it would be essential to start a thread on Media Go since its development has been relatively new and there are bound to be many bumps and hiccups along the way. Hopefuly this thread will make those bumps bearable. Aside from that, we could also share our experiences, tips and so on and so forth

To kick it off, I'd like to post a hiccup of my own which pertains to the media transfer. I've been trying to transfer some .mp4 format movies which the software should be compatible with, but with no success. I've used all options of transferring from the library to my phone M2 including drag and drop and right-clicking to transfer but all I get is greyed files with a 'pending transfer' status. I connect with Media Transfer mode via USB as it should be so I'm absolutely clueless. Any ideas anyone?

did you try removing the card, and connecting it with an usb card-reader if you have one, and then dropping the videos in the videos foldeR???

or start the phone in file transfer mode, and drop videos??

Hmm... I understand that's the normal way of transferring media, but isn't Media Go supposed to format/optimize it for the W995 viewing experience while transferring the media to the phone at the same time? And the manual says transferring media should be in the 'media transfer' mode. I'm confused

There is already another thread running about it. Here you can see it:
