I accidently deleted some photo's off my M2 memory card. Tried some recovery software but had no joys finding anything that detects it.

Anyideas on how I can get the pictures back? any software that will work?

I fear it's not possible if the SE phones are designed like sony cameras (they delete permanently). I can't undelete pics from my sony camera, but on my canon camera they are recoverable.

Thanks.

Had no luck all the programs I try are full of viruses and don't even install properly. The Sony recovery service tried that no idea how to use that either.

Looks like I have no chance.

I'm on the Recova program now..it says "No media cards detected"

Any ideas? I have no USB stick for the W995 so I'm using the data cable as a "portable device" ...

I have no USB stick. Is there any way it can be done via a data cable?
