Hello everyone.. I have the SE -C905, It is the best phone I ever had , everything is ok except the WayFinder ... It always give me the wrong way. It needs a very long time to find a signalwhile my phone's GPS Status says it is connected to more than 5 satellites. Also, it get lost every now and then. In addition, it needs an internet connection which is kind of expensive... Anyway, I wonder if someone knows any free trial of any good gps navigation application which has a pre-loaded maps without internet connection and works on the C905. If someone knows any app whith these things and covers the Middle East especially Saudi Arabia please let me now. It is not important to be free. but I need a free trial for test. Thank you for your help....

Hi ds409, and welcome to Esato!
Unfortunately, there's no possibility to use pre-loaded maps on a non-smartphone like the C905, as far as I know.
I've no experience with WayFinder, I've used Nav4All, which is free, but, like WayFinder, also needs an internet connection. That wasn't a problem for me, as I have flatfree internet on my phone.
Nav4All doesn't use very much data though, maybe you could give it a try.

Here's the link : http://www.nav4all.com/site2/www.nav4all.com/index.php

After you've chosen your preferred language, you can read everything you need to know. Nav4All supports navigation in Saudi Arabia, UAE and several other countries in your area.
But, as said before, you can't preload maps, you still need an internet connection, but Nav4All doesn't use much data.

edit: I've searched Esato and have now found a topic, where they also mention Trekbuddy, with this application you'd be able to preload maps, I don't know how well it works, though, for more info, have a look at this topic : http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=177660

Thank you very much... I have tested this application, it is great and as you told me it does not download too much things.. The best thing in my point of view is when downloading the voice as English (UK Male Fun)8p... It is really funny
