when i try to install an application called mobytoday, from the jad file, it gives error as operation failed....
when i try to install from jar file, it installs and works fine...
however, i wish to use the application as wallpaper, for which jad file is necessary...
any idea why??
i have tried many many different downloads from different sites, but all with same result..

So what patch did i apply then
All the Java apps and games, I can Use as WALLPAPER !
I dont have any other Java related patch applied !

1> remove java security restrictions
2> enable all security setting options
3> enable all permissions, that includes wallpaper
i have the first two, but not the third....
can anyone post the third??? mobilefree.ru has many patches info in russian, which i cannot read

There is only two possible reasons. Either the jad is corrupted, or it is signed and you don't have the required certificate.
