My W890i keeps restarting itself sometimes. The problem never happened for the first few months until now. How do i fix this?
My firmware is R1FA030.
How do i do a full reset?
What about unofficial firmwares, will this void my warranty?
Please advise.

You can try to do a master reset (to be found under settings) or try SEUS to (re)install the FW.

do you know what caused the problem in the first place?
how do i update the firmware officially without using SEUS or using the phone settings?

SEUS is official.
Don't do a master reset cause you might lose some themes or ringtones.
Don't upgrade via the phone settings cause it only flashes the main and not the FileSystem.
Flash it with SEUS even if you already have the latest software available.

what about unofficial firmwares? whats the best alternative? also are they better than official ones?

When i mean unofficial firmware i mean other firmwares available online that r not made by sony. Whats the best 1?
