I'm afraid I will disappoint you, but IMHO, the possibility of "free internet" on the mobile phone is a hoax. It is possible that there has been glitches in the network operator's charging systems, or that there are temporary offers for free Internet access during a limited time period, but since they usually charge your internet access per sent and/or received megabyte, I'm pretty sure that the network operators have a very good control over the traffic passed between the phone and the Internet, since it actually has to be routed from the GPRS/UMTS network to the Internet. The only really functioning way to browse the Internet for free on a mobile phone is to use a WiFi-enabled phone and use the wireless network access. That access is not free either in many cases, though. An Internet flatrate contract is also an alternative, but then again, that is not for free either.

Is this guy a scammer?
If he's willing to trick his network operator out of what's rightfully due to them, then what would he do to others?
How long must we tolerate these people of dubious character?
I pay good money for two data accounts, yes, two - one for my Vodem which supplies my laptop and the second is included in my iPhone account.
