You mean some kind of card reader. The answer is no. Sony Ericsson nor any other manufacturer have developed such an accessory. Maybe you could get hold of a sony ericsson w200.

and good old
www.4shared.com for needed firmware files and other software.... That should be the only way to slightly increase your K310 phone memory. It will convert your phone to W200 so it means that you will have walkman software after doing that procedure. I have read some people speaking that this sort of flash increases the memory. The reason, why, how it happens or whatever I am not 100% sure... So, if you are a little bit brave
you could give it a try... If you don't like the new w200 software, flashing back to K310 is easy... You just use XS++ and my "phone flashing tutorial" here:

It should work fine with your phone model...
P.S. Do this at your own risk...
