Hello people I am new at this forum . I hope that someone can help me. I have a problem with my K800i phone .
When i am doing something ( writing message or not doing anything) on my screen pop up a shut down menu and my phone start working uncontrolled and shut down it self. It was on service and they change joy pad but still same problem.
I have try to flash it up but I have a same problem.
What can be a problem?

There is a problem with the on/off button. Take it back for repair and demand they fix it properly.
