Hello!

I'm Pepe, from Spain, and this is my first post here (a very nice place by the way), looking for some advice and orientation...

A few weeks ago, my trusty w800i failed: Several keys: upper left one [accept], alphanumeric 1, 2 and 3 [complete first row], and joystick [down] and [right] functions didn't work.

I assumed it was a keyboard failure and bought a new one from the 'bay: After replacing it, nothing changed: The same failure in the same keys.

My surprise came yesterday when by chance I opened "quadrapop". The joystick faulty functions [right and down] worked perfectly!!!! So, I assume it's a software failure.

I updated the software via SU a few days ago, if you're going to suggest me that, with no success at all. Any ideas????

This thing is driving me mad!!

i bought a new W800i last week on ebay,they send it from germany and i had it in 2.5 days

Sorry, but I'm not ready to pay 99€ for the same phone I already own when probably it's a simple software problem. I firmly believe in recycling (when possible).
