I noticed that the camera LED is brighter when taking a picture that it is when recording a video. Is there a way to increase the brightness or any application that can get the maximum brightness? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

i create a mini support flash for capturing pic
i made a mini light w/ 8 super bright white LED light

Running by a 9volt battery.
No its not install in my c902 its just a super flashlight.
And its not overexpose in brigthness
