> How do I backup my files?

I have a w550i and when I turn it on I can only see a white screen. I know that I have to update the phone in order to fix it, but I want to backup my songs and pictures before performing an update. What program can I use to backup my files?
Please help me. Thanks..

If the songs and pictures are in memory card it will not deleted when updating your phone
