> w995 on three, should i debrand it

Hey i have just bought a w995 which is unlocked so i can use it with my orange sim card. The phone is branded 3. I am having trouble with the gps, games, internet and aplications. Is this because the phone is not de branded. how can i get round this and do i need to de-brand, thank you

the firmware should have some bugs causing you this. not necessarily has to be with the 3 branding. you can either get it un(de)branded and it can get it fixed. another option: perform a master reset to see if it fixes your problems

yep. you should backup somethings before performing it
the default apps/games won't get deleted.
