I got my sony erricson c905 yesterday. During the first few times i used it, there is no problem.
But after that i cant take pics nor vids. I opened the the lens at the back, the cybershot word came out . After a few seconds it exits itself. I cant watch videos too, it says "playback failed" in each and every videos.
Is this phone so unreliable?
I just got it yesterday and these stuffs happens.
Can anyone help asap?

Sounds like a software problem. Is it branded, like with Orange or 3UK branding?

Go to settings on the phone and under 'update service' it will tell you what the software version is.

SE have just released a new software for the C905 and if you update it then it shouldn't have any more problems.

Install the PC suite from the software that came with the CD and activate the Update service.

Try to reinstall the firmware.
