1. The phone is not detected by the sony software suite /update service
2. The phone gives a momentary display of a blue screen when holding the c button on attempting a re-flash

Is it possible to flash the phone is any other manner? Is there a way to de-solder the concerned firmware "chip" and flash it outside the box.
