Hey guys,

I have a Sony Ericsson W350i. I've had it a little over a year. I connected the phone via USB to my laptop... the connection was weird, and the laptop didn't notice the phone. Now I cannot turn the phone off (without taking the battery out.) If I turn the phone on or connect it again, its just a black screen, and I can't do anything! I've tried taking the sim out, the memory card out, left it out to dry, cleaned connectors, nothing worked. Anyone?

EDIT: Fixed itself - Left phone without battery for about 10 mins extra.

Use SEUS ( Sony Ericsson Update service ), you will lose everything not on your memory card though
