wild guess. maybe the file is too large for your phone to load, it may have images that it failed to open. or maybe some errors occurred when you are downloading it, similarly, it can't be open because it use too much ram, probably,
the file is corrupt, also, maybe it has to do with the compression used in that file. or i'm just hungry telling all these, what's for snack?
