> Need help with W508 ear speaker

elo fella esato forumers....ive just bought my new W508 yesterday...all gone well till just now my 1st time received a call and i cant hear anything from the ear speaker...but the one that called me can hear me...and i have to open on the back speaker to hear...the ear speaker doenst work, even when i raised the volume...its silent...anyone know why the problem occurred?really need help here...thanks in advanced...

if it's new, then you should have used the service center. it is new, then it should have warranty.
