> My T68 wont upgrade

I gave my T68mc to the Sony Ericsson service point for upgrading, but when they try to upgrade the phone through the EMMA server, it says that the phone is not compatible with the software. Did this happen to anyone? Does anyone know why this happened?

is that an original t68m or an t68mc? the sp needs special access for the conversion software to turn it into an "i".

It is a T68mc. Made in Malayasia and hardware version R2A. The firmware version is R2E006
