> What the f#ck happened to my T68
Bookmark topic
My T68 switched itself off, when I switched it back on it had:-
Themes - No more items (not even original SE)
My Pictures - No more items (not even original SE)
My sounds - No more items (not even original SE)
If I go to Settings => Sounds & alerts => Ring signals it says List is empty.
Also all of the words I added to my T9 dictionary have disappeared!!
Luckily it has reatained all my phone numbers and although quite useless it has retained all hi scores for games!!
Any idea what may have caused this? (I have had it 11 months R2E006 prgCXC125319).

Somehow the phone did a master reset. I don't know how this could happen, but the result you describe shows clearly that something like this occured.

Hey,
Maybe a software upgrade will fix it.

An upgrade won't restore those lost data. Hmmm, may i ask what you were doing before it rebooted?

Twice yesterday the phone rang, I pressed YES and it switched off. The first time it did it was when everything got deleted.
Hasn't done it since.

the software is probably corrupted..suggest u do the following:
1. Do a master reset and see if problem still persists...be sure to back up your data 1st
2. upgrade the firmware....
good luck....
