I have just tried to update my C510 using the Sony Ericsson Update Service
I followed all the instructions and the Phone was backed up and the battery was 100% before turning off and before removing the charger, hence should be 100%
I also performed a factory reset before trying.
When I tried to update it said that the Update failed because the battery was not 100%, recharged and retried and got the same problem.
How the software can expect it to be 100% at all times is beyond me but does anyone know what I could do about this?

SEUS never told me anything about battery. I remember I even updated a G705 with 90% battery and it didn't say anything.

Just tried again and its worked, Phone had a discharge and recharge since then.
