I recently bought my p1i phone from oman and im bac in india.. when eva i use the keypad it types in arabic cuz its writing language is in arabic.. is ther anyway i can change it to english?

if you want to change the phones language you have to go to se support site and download it there ... if you want to change your message language try this ...
open a message and click on more

click now on text options ...

select 1st or 2 language ...

and there you have it ... all languages
